Dobuli legal

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for accessing and using Dobuli's website-building service.

Effective date: 13 August 2026

About these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the company that will operate Dobuli. In these terms, “Dobuli,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. “You” means the person using Dobuli and, where applicable, the organisation that person represents.

By creating an account, accessing Dobuli, or using the service after these terms take effect, you agree to them. If you use Dobuli for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Dobuli has not launched publicly. These terms are a working draft and are not ready for production use until the placeholders and launch-specific details are completed.

Using Dobuli

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age at which you can enter contracts on your own, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. Dobuli is primarily intended for people acting for a business or other organisation, unless a consumer offering is expressly made available.

Accounts and security

Give accurate registration information, keep it current, and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to Dobuli. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

The service

Dobuli is intended to help users create, edit, host, publish, and manage websites and related business tools. Particular features—including AI generation, custom domains, analytics, bookings, integrations, collaboration, and paid plans—apply only where enabled or offered in your plan and location.

Pre-release and beta functionality may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on an unlaunched feature for safety-critical, regulated, or business-continuity purposes.

AI features

Where enabled, Dobuli may use artificial intelligence to generate or transform text, images, layouts, code, or other material from your instructions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to material generated for other users. Review and test output before publishing or relying on it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, source material, and use of output comply with law and third-party rights. Dobuli does not promise that AI output is unique, correct, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Provider-specific rules, data use, and any output-marking requirements will be identified before launch.

Your content and websites

You retain ownership of content you submit to Dobuli and of rights you hold in websites you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display, transmit, adapt, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and follow your instructions. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups and legal duties.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, publish, or ask Dobuli to process. You are responsible for your published website, including its claims, products, accessibility, consumer information, cookies, privacy notices, and handling of visitor data.

Where Dobuli processes personal data for your website or organisation on your behalf, you are normally the controller and Dobuli is normally the processor. Any required data processing agreement and instructions will be provided before that processing is offered. [Processor terms and DPA details to be confirmed]

Acceptable use

You must not use Dobuli, or help anyone else use it, to:

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud or deception;
  • publish malware, phishing pages, unlawful goods, or harmful or exploitative content;
  • interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass security or access controls;
  • access another user's account or data without permission;
  • scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law permits;
  • present AI output as professional advice without appropriate qualified review; or
  • use Dobuli in a way that creates material risk for the service or other users.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary. Before launch, Dobuli will publish the applicable notice, moderation, and appeal contact details required for the markets it serves.

Plans, payments, and consumer rights

If paid plans are offered, the price, currency, billing interval, included limits, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation method, and refund rules shown at checkout will form part of this agreement. We will not charge you unless you actively choose a paid option. [Billing provider and final commercial terms to be confirmed]

If we offer Dobuli to consumers, mandatory consumer protections—including pre-contract information and any applicable withdrawal rights—continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

Dobuli may connect to domain registrars, payment services, analytics, AI providers, email services, booking tools, or other third parties where enabled. Their services and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for third-party services, but this does not reduce responsibility that applicable law places on Dobuli for its own choices or processing. The final provider list will be confirmed before launch.

Dobuli intellectual property

Dobuli and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, templates, documentation, and other materials we provide, excluding your content. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is active.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dobuli and close your account through the method made available in the service. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Before launch, Dobuli must confirm the account-closing process, export window, deletion schedule, and treatment of published websites after termination. [Termination and export periods to be confirmed]

Service availability and changes

We aim to operate Dobuli with reasonable care, but no uptime or support commitment applies unless expressly stated in a plan or service-level agreement. We may change the service to improve it, maintain security, comply with law, or reflect product decisions. If a material change negatively affects a paid service, we will provide any notice or remedy required by the agreement and applicable law.

Warranties and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by law, Dobuli is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not exclude warranties, remedies, or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Nothing on Dobuli is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Liability

Each party remains responsible for loss it causes under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Any business-user liability cap and any exclusions for indirect loss must be completed and reviewed before launch. They will not override mandatory rights or apply more broadly than the law allows. [Liability cap and excluded loss categories to be confirmed]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Dobuli, law, security, or our business. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required. Your use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, unless law requires a different form of agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Courts in Estonia are intended to have jurisdiction for business-user disputes, unless the parties agree otherwise or mandatory law requires another forum.

Before bringing formal proceedings, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Final complaint channels, consumer-dispute information, and any required online dispute links must be confirmed before launch.
